Yoga for Stiff Bodies
If you've been recommended to yoga by a doctor or physical therapist, or
always assumed yoga was just for the strangely prezel-like, this is a
class for you! The key to healthy muscles is a balance between strength
and length; when a muscle is too tight or too weak, injury can follow. In this class we will focus on the specific needs of the students to
help stretch and strengthen our bodies for greater health and comfort. All poses can be modified to fit your body: no pain = gain!
