Healthy Exercise
12:00 - 1:00pmDesigned to use the water to reduce the affects of gravity on the spine and strengthen abdominal and back musculature. This class combines shallow and deep water exercises, cardiovascular exercises, strengthening, and stretching for a total body workout. Summer Daytime Recreational Family Swim!

Aqua Jog
is a buoyancy assisted, deep water exercise class using floatation gear. A non-impact exercise recommended for people who want aerobic exercise without any impact. The intensity level is variable, meeting a wide variety of individual needs. |

A flowing series of exercises. Focus is on relieving chronic, limiting pain through slow movement in the water, deep breathing, stretching, and meditation techniques. |
