Aqua Yoga (pool)
Learn ways to stretch, move and enjoy your body in the support of warm water, using classical yoga postures adapted for the water. This class is designed for soothing joint and muscle pain, as well as relieving stress. In the 92-degree, therapeutic pool, experience release, freedom and ease. Pre-registration is recommended. Baby Swim
Baby swim is a time designated for parents and babies to enjoy the soothing warm water together. For ages 3 months to 3 years. |

Families and friends are encouraged to join us for the Family Swim on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings, as well as early Saturday and Sunday afternoons for fun. Call 686 - 9290 for more information and registration details. |

Prenatal Class
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 11:00 – 12:00 p.m. Call 686-9290 for information. Prenatal Class is instructed by Theresa Carnicelli with a nurturing introduction to deep water exercise with an emphasis on range of motion, stretching, relaxation and breathwork. |
Schedule a Pool Rental
Schedule a Pool Rental The Tamarack Wellness Center is available for rent by the hour. Special events such as Birthday Parties, Baptisms, anniversaries or any organization wishing to have a private spa and swim can be rented for $130.00 per hour with tables and chairs. We also provide two Tamarack Wellness Center Lifeguards to oversee your event. The pool is all yours during this time and not open to the public. Gentle Stretch
The slow, steady movements make it the ideal class for beginners, as well as those with arthritis or similar conditions. The emphasis is on maintaining or improving range of motion throughout the body. |
Aqua Jog
is a buoyancy assisted, deep water exercise class using floatation gear. A non-impact exercise recommended for people who want aerobic exercise without any impact. The intensity level is variable, meeting a wide variety of individual needs. |

Healthy Exercise
Designed to use the water to reduce the affects of gravity on the spine and strengthen abdominal and back musculature. This class combines shallow and deep water exercises, cardiovascular exercises, strengthening, and stretching for a total body workout. |
Up Tempo 1
Inspired by HYDRO-FIT*, this class is intended for physically fit individuals that would like to maintain muscle tone, and improve cardiovascular health. |
Lap Swim
Especially for those wishing to swim continuously for fitness. Slow and medium lanes available. Work as hard as you like in a noncompetitive setting. |

An uninstructed time for participants who wish to exercise on their own. |

Aqua NIA
Saturday 9:30-10:45a.m. : Aqua NIA ![]() Aqua NIA uses inspiring music, diverse rhythms and the nine Classic movement forms to deliver a fun, safe, creative, work out. Adaptable and safe for any ability and fitness level, Aqua NIA allows participants to guide their own practice through awareness of sensation, intention & modification. In addition to all the benefits of NIA, Aqua NIA offers: • Anonymity and privacy during workouts: no one is directly watching what is going on beneath the water. • Increased ability to focus on JOY, rather than “getting it right.” • Zero impact for those with physical restrictions; making dance possible for some who can’t dance on land. • Improved mobility & excellent strength training • A blissful workout in 92 degree salt water |
