Yoga Therapy        Six Week Series – Saturdays September 13th through October 18th 9:30 - 11:00am Yoga Therapy is a 6-week series, designed for anyone who wishes to experience the many benefits of Yoga! This class is open to anyone - even if you have never tried yoga previously. If you experience pain or discomfort, Yoga Therapy is the class for you! 6 Saturdays, starting September 13. Shoshanah Thielle has been helping people heal themselves for over 30 years. She teaches Shoshi Yoga, a Viniyoga-Inspired yoga, which emphasizes deep focused breathing, connected with movement. A Yoga Intensive with Sarahjoy September 26th & 27th        If we look through the lens of the Koshas (layers of the body from subtle to physical) as a philosophical model for understanding how to create depth and openness in the practice on and off the mat, we begin to understand the beauty and intricacy of the physical, mental, energetic and cognitive yogas. As the “yoga magic” sinks in through these different layers, we find ourselves able to rest effortlessly in the innate lucidity of the heart, where lasting shifts occur. We show up for life with more openness, integrity, clarity, expansiveness and perspective. This weekend will include a diving in discussion of the Koshas, supported by pranayama, meditation, and a range of physical asana.
