This is a flow class with traditional yoga poses, conditioning exercises and the balance ball to help build strength and stamina. Using movement with breath, increase your coordination, concentration, and body awareness while calming your mind and reducing stress. Especially good for athletes of all kinds, come challenge yourself at your level, and leave feeling more balanced, on the mat and off.
