Prenatal Class 
The Tamarack Wellness Center is excited about offering our “Warm Welcome” pre-natal aquatics class. Partial and full scholarships are available for individuals on a lower income status. The Instructor of the class will be presenting deep water exercise; encompassing stretching, water walking, range of motion, breathing exercises and Ai-Chi exercises. The class is scheduled for 1 hour on Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Learn to move naturally with your baby, in the warm healing waters of the Tamarack Wellness Center Pool.
