Laurie Geiger - Yoga Program Director   A certified Hatha Yoga teacher, Laurie has a BS degree in Physical Education/Recreation and has taught other activities including Spinning and Nordic skiing. Inspired by Power Flow Yoga, Laurie leads lively flowing sequences, emphasizing breath, core strength, balance and flexibility.
