Prenatal Yoga  
Prenatal Yoga For pregnant women (spouses and partners are welcome, too). The class includes a mixture of balancing, strengthening and stretching poses that are appropriate during pregnancy, emphasizing breathing and relaxation. Give your baby the gift of yoga — a relaxed mom! No yoga experience is necessary.
