Tamarack Wellness Center’s one-of-a-kind 92-degree salt-water therapeutic pool and comprehensive wellness programs provide the perfect place to improve quality of life. Our aquatic, yoga, and fitness programs offer specialized therapeutic and individualized classes designed to meet the wellness needs of all ages and abilities.
Tamarack has always been committed to affordability. We provide scholarships for hundreds of individuals and families across Lane County who would otherwise not have access to these programs. Many of our clients have life-altering conditions or are undergoing rehabilitation. They benefit enormously from our unique combination of land and water based programs.
As a nonprofit Center, our mission is to make wellness accessible to everyone, and we depend on your generosity to make that happen. Now we need your help more than ever.
Tamarack's visionary founder and primary benefactor, Sue Sherman, is no longer able to underwrite all of the programs and services that have benefited our community for so many years.

Invest in your Yoga Practice with a Manduka eKO Mat We will be placing an order with Manduka for their fabulous eKO rubber mats. These mats, made sustainably with closed-cell rubber, offer superior grip no matter how much you sweat. Unlike open-celled rubber mats, they are non-absorbent, which keeps them free from bacteria. Get their eKO Lite mat which has the thickness of standard sticky mats (1/8 inch) or the original eKO which is a surprisingly-cushy 3/16 inch thick. Stop by the store to try out the original eKO and order your mat, or just give us a call!
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
